Graduate of the Faculty of Automation and Computers within the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Mr. Matei Dimitriu has been a member of the Promateris Board of Directors since 2007. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2010. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Nord S.A. and member in the Association of Romanian Businessmen (AOAR).

Andrei-Mihai Pogonaru is a founding member of Central European Financial Services S.A. He turned a family business into a regional PE asset manager for two funds. He is in charge of managing several portfolio companies, including a mall with an area of 65,000 square meters, located in the center of Bucharest. He is a member of the board of directors of several companies, including YPO Romania, Ashoka, United Way Romania and Hospice and is a member of the Aspen Romania Institute as a member. Andrei Pogonaru holds a bachelor's and master's degree in mathematics from Cambridge University, Trinity College.

Graduate of the Executive MBA program at the Maastricht School of Management and the Executive Education program at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School - Circular Economy and Sustainability. Ms. Maria Desmirean currently holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors of Biodeck SA. In the past, she was the CEO of Curtea Veche Publishing SRL. Ms Desmirean is a Member of the Coalition for the Development of Romania in the Environmental Task Force, of the Association of Romanian Businessmen (AOAR) and of the European Circular Bioeconomy Policy Initiative.

With over 10 years of experience in sales and a career started in Austria and Italy, Mr Georgescu holds an Executive MBA in Business and Managerial Economics from UQAM Canada. Adrian Georgescu has extensive experience in sales, operations and management. He has been working in the bioplastic industry for over 7 years. He currently holds the position of General Manager of Biodeck SA.

Mr Soare is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the Maastricht School of Management and currently holds the position of Vice President of the Board of Directors of Biodeck SA.
